View Customer or Prospect Contact Records

The Gx CRM\Contact Details is the Customer Relationship Management program, and allows you to view customer and prospect information including address, telephone number, fax number, outstanding balances, credit limit, turnover, credit status, previous call details, orders placed, last invoice and order dates, contact names, last contact details and the catalogues this customer receives.  You can also link to customer order, product and price enquiries.  Note: some of these options are available for customers only, not prospects.

1.   Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu.
3.   Enter the required customer or prospect account.  You can use their quick access code or the advanced search to find an account if you do not know the exact account code.  If you enter a quick access code, you will initially be displayed a list of customers, click the Prospects button on the results window to display the prospects with this quick access.  You can also type in a customer or contact's telephone number, email addresses or postcode to find the account.  It must be the exact telephone number, email address or postcode with no spaces for this to work.
4.   After selecting the account, the Contact Details screen will be displayed for that account allowing you to view their contact information.
